YOUFEED PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy governs the data practices in connection with your use of the game application YouFeed provided by Partenon LTD and hereinafter “we”, “us” or “our”.
By using the App, you are consenting to the processing of data as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
1. What information is collected by this application?
YouFeed does not itself collect any personal information and Partenon LTD does not store any information related to the application on any servers.
YouFeed does however make use of third party tools which automatically collect data such as: the type of device you use, device identifiers, such as the resettable advertising identifier assigned to your device, the IP address of your device, geographical data such as the location of your device, your operating system, Wi-Fi mac address in your area, the type of internet browsers you use, data connection status and success/failure of connection, and data about the way you use the game itself, installed applications on your device, and other non-personal data as reasonably required by us to enhance our services.
The following third-party tools may collect data within YouFeed:
- Google Admob for the purpose of serving advertisements.
- Google Firebase Analytics for the purpose of providing statistical information as to usage and performance of the application
- Game Center to record high scores for the leaderboard and to share your progress across different iOS devices
2. How is the information used?
Google Admob
The data may be used for the purpose of serving users advertisements based on particular users’ presumed interests, and also to present advertisements in third-party applications or other platforms. We work with advertisers and third-party advertising companies that collect data about how you interact with advertising and content provided in the App, which helps us keep the cost of the App free. Advertisers and advertising companies use some of the data collected by the App, including the advertising identifier assigned to your device to serve advertisements that are targeted to your interests in the App. These third parties may also obtain anonymous data about other applications you’ve downloaded to your device, the websites and applications you visit and your location in order to help analyze user behavior and serve targeted advertising on the App and on other applications and websites.
Google Firebase Analytics
Non-personal data is collected by YouFeed in order to to help us understand how the App is being used such as the frequency and duration of usage, features used, crash statistics and progress through the game’s levels
Game Center
If the user has logged-in to the Game Center service provided by Apple Inc. on their device then YouFeed will use tools provided by Game Center to record user’s high scores and to display those scores within a leaderboard within the application itself. Game Centre information is shared across different iOS devices to which the user is logged into to enable them to share their progress on these different devices and this information is limited to their score, the last level completed and the number of lives remaining
YouFeed does not collect any personal information using Game Center but will access data provided by Game Center such as the user’s displayable name and Game Center identifier

3. Managing your data
You can stop all collection of data by the App easily by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your device or via the application marketplace or network.
To opt-out of the use of data collected by our advertising partners across different applications to serve ads that are targeted to your interests, please consult the settings available on your device (for instance ‘Limit Ad Tracking’ on your iOS/Apple device.
Users within the EEA must explicitly provide consent to receive targeted ads. YouFeed uses tools provided by Google Admob to determine if a user is within the EEA and in this case the user will be prompted for consent when the application starts. The user can review the list of providers currently used within the application and change their preference at any time accessing the Privacy option.
You can prevent collection of information by Game Center by disabling the Game Center option in your device settings. To remove your data from Game Center you should contact Apple Inc.
4. Children
YouFeed is not marketed to or intended for children under the age of 16 (or under the age of 13 in some jurisdictions). As previously mentioned, Partenon LTD does not directly collect or store any information from users of YouFeed.
5. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be notified by posting of a new version of the Privacy Policy here. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
